Douglas Dunn i.m.

 So sorry to hear of the death of Douglas Dunn.  A wonderful poet and kind and inspiring man.

I remember a particularly vivid and charming workshop he held at Balmungo House as part of StAnza 2014.  He was kind and gentle but full of witty asides.  He suggested we respond to Wilhemina Barns- Graham's paintings which were displayed around the house. Or we could respond to the snowdrops outside the window, 'though' he added, 'It's difficult not to be twee.'
